Food trucks at The Suburban Brew Glynde: August 2026

August is a good month to be hungry at Glynde. Four food trucks are rolling through The Suburban Brew this month, each running for a five day stretch, and between them they cover pizza, burgers, tacos and Filipino BBQ. Here's the full lineup so you can plan your visit.

5th to 9th August: La Mia Luna Pizza

La Mia Luna is a family-run Adelaide truck doing proper wood-fired pizza, hand-stretched dough cooked hot and fast. They stick to fresh, local South Australian ingredients and keep the formula simple: good dough, good toppings, cooked properly. No gimmicks, just a well made pizza.

12th to 16th August: Gang Gang

Gang Gang has built a reputation as one of Adelaide's favourite burger trucks. Expect Asian-leaning flavours with Balinese and LA influence, crispy fried chicken and chips, smashed patties, and a slaw that pulls the whole thing together.

19th to 23rd August: Senor Mexican

Senor Mexican brings real Mexican street food built on handmade tortillas, house salsas and slow-marinated meats. It's the kind of truck that's earned its reputation the hard way, with ingredients sourced with the real thing in mind rather than a Tex-Mex shortcut.

26th to 30th August: The Filipino Project

The Filipino Project closes out the month with bold, smokey Filipino BBQ. Charcoal-grilled meats and Asian-inspired sides pay tribute to Filipino heritage while using local South Australian produce, so you're getting authentic flavour built on ingredients from just down the road.
