Terms & Conditions (2026 Digital Membership)

EFFECTIVE 12TH JANUARY (2026 Digital Membership)

By joining The Suburban Brew (TSB) Good Neighbours Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to ensure the program operates fairly, transparently, and consistently for all members.

1. Membership Structure & Access

1.1 The Good Neighbours Club operates as a digital membership program. Memberships are managed online and accessed via a digital card, QR code, or one-time redemption codes issued by TSB.

1.2 Memberships are available in multiple tiers. Benefits vary by tier and are outlined on the Good Neighbours Club webpage at the time of purchase.

1.3 Memberships are limited to one (1) membership per person.

1.4 Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Benefits may not be shared, gifted, resold, or transferred under any circumstances.

2. Activation & Pre-Purchases

2.1 Memberships may be available for pre-purchase prior to activation. No rewards or benefits are redeemable until the official activation date communicated by TSB.

2.2 For the 2026 membership year, benefits will activate from January 5, 2026, unless otherwise stated.

3. Discounts & Redemptions

3.1 Discount benefits apply only to eligible purchases and tiers as outlined on the membership webpage.

3.2 Discounts:

  • Are not valid on items already discounted or on special promotions
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with happy hour, loyalty programs, or other offers
  • Must be redeemed in accordance with the member’s tier eligibility

3.3 Digital redemptions may require QR code scanning, one-time codes emailed to the member, and confirmation by staff at the point of redemption. Codes and digital access must be redeemed by the registered member and may not be shared.

4. Complimentary Drinks, Alcohol Service & Birthday Benefits

4.1 Complimentary drink benefits are tier-dependent and subject to availability.

4.2 All service of alcohol is governed by Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws. TSB reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol at any time in accordance with RSA requirements and venue policy.

4.3 TSB promotes and encourages responsible drinking at all times. Membership benefits do not override RSA obligations.

4.4 Birthday benefits:

  • Are limited to one eligible drink or offer per membership year
  • Must be redeemed within the member’s birthday week
  • Require valid identification upon request
  • Are non-transferable

5. Events, Merch & Exclusive Access

5.1 Merchandise benefits (including t-shirts or other items) apply only to eligible tiers and may be limited to annual memberships.

5.2 Exclusive access benefits may include early access to ticketed events, pre-order access to limited beer releases or merchandise, and invitations to member-only events.

5.3 All event and merch benefits are subject to availability, venue capacity, and TSB discretion.

6. Functions & Room Hire

6.1 Function and room hire benefits apply only where stated for the member’s tier.

6.2 All function bookings are subject to availability and approval by TSB management.

6.3 Minimum numbers, exclusions (including Backyard where stated), and venue-specific conditions may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Member Conduct & Misuse

7.1 TSB reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership, without refund, if benefits are misused, shared, or transferred; digital access is fraudulently used; a member attempts to redeem benefits in breach of RSA requirements; or a member acts in a manner detrimental to staff, patrons, or the venue.

7.2 Attempted misuse of QR codes, screenshots, or one-time codes may result in immediate loss of access to benefits.

8. Changes & Program Updates

8.1 TSB reserves the right to update membership benefits, tiers, or these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Members will be notified of significant changes via email or the official TSB website.

9. Fees, Renewals & Refunds

9.1 Membership fees are non-refundable.

9.2 Memberships are valid for the period stated at purchase and must be renewed to maintain access to benefits.

9.3 In limited circumstances, monthly membership fees may be refunded if the member contacts TSB within 7 days of purchase, no benefits have been redeemed, and the request is deemed reasonable by TSB. Refunds are assessed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

10. General

10.1 All benefits are subject to availability, Responsible Service of Alcohol laws, and applicable legislation.

10.2 TSB reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions at its discretion.
