Return and Refunds Policy

At The Suburban Brew, we pride ourselves on crafting high-quality, small-batch beers for our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refunds policy below.

Returns
1. **Eligibility**: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
2. **Proof of Purchase**: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. **Process**: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tellmemore@thesuburbanbrew.com.au. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
4. **Shipping Costs**: If a product has been deemed eligibly for a refund, we will cover the cost of return shipping from the original postage address. Any change to postage address is not covered and will fall to the Customer to cover.

Refunds
1. **Inspection**: If requesting a refund, please send through images of the damaged product to tellmemore@thesuburbanbrew.com.au, along with your order number and proof of purchase, for inspection, so we may determine if a refund is required.
2. **Approval**: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment once the damaged item has been posted back to us, and proof of postage has been confirmed.
3. **Partial Refunds**: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. **Non-Refundable Items**: Gift cards, sale items, and promotional items are non-refundable.
