Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Suburban Brew, we take pride in producing quality products. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below so we can help resolve it quickly and fairly.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags (where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at tellmemore@thesuburbanbrew.com.au with your order number and photos so we can assess the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless required by Australian Consumer Law:
- Perishable goods (including food and drink)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, the quickest way to receive another item is to place a new order once your return has been processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
